Glacial Crystal Netted Bracelet with Danielle Wickes - Premium Online
In this workshop we will explore a classic stitch called flat, netted rope. Flat netted ropes are a gorgeous stitched design, and they are easy to embellish by stitching interest beads in between net points. Beads appear to float along the net. The techniques explored in class will include a discussion and samples of other netting counts, such as 3 and 7 count. The featured sample is a 5 count design.
This class is a 2-hour workshop instructing an intermediate design.
In this class we will brick stitch using size 10 Czech Seed beads onto a gemstone heishi (disc) bead. This is an intermediate technique. We have a great intro to this technique available from an earlier class where we brick stitch onto a component.
Weave a basket of metallic earth tones with new, matte-color metallics from our Czech Seed Beads 3-Packs. This bead weaving design is a variation of ladder stitch. In class we will cover this intermediate project that integrates the laddering technique.
